Powder Coating
StandardOur standard finish. We use Cardinal powder - a commercial-grade coating applied electrostatically and oven-cured to create a hard, even finish without the runs, sags or brush marks associated with wet paint.
- Virtually any color, in matte, satin, gloss, metallic or textured finishes
- Applied over sandblasted bare steel for strong adhesion to clean metal
- Oven-cured for a durable finish that resists chipping, fading and UV exposure
- Matte black is our most requested finish, but we can match virtually any color
Galvanizing
OptionAvailable as an option where corrosion protection is a priority - exposed decks and balconies, waterfront properties, and commercial applications. The steel is hot-dip galvanized in molten zinc, which metallurgically bonds to the steel and provides long-lasting corrosion protection.
- Zinc continues to protect the steel even when the surface is scratched or damaged
- Excellent long-term corrosion protection in wet Pacific Northwest conditions
